The Fastest Way to Get Useful Feedback on Your Trades
"You need to be more disciplined."

What Actually Useful Coaching Looks Like
Useful coaching is specific.
Not: "Stop revenge trading." But: "In the last 30 days, 8 of your trades were opened within 20 minutes of a loss — and 7 of those 8 lost money. Stop trading for 30 minutes after any loss."
Not: "Improve your R:R ratio." But: "Your best setup — BTC breakout — has a 2.3R average. Your altcoin scalps have a 0.6R average. Stop taking the scalps."
The difference between generic advice and specific advice is data. Your mentor needs to see your actual trade journal — not a curated highlight reel.

When you log trades in NexCandle, you can mark each one: Followed plan / Partial / Broke plan.

Your mentor sees: "17 trades over the last month. 8 marked 'followed plan.' 5 marked 'partial.' 4 marked 'broke plan.'"
Then they look at P&L by compliance category.
